FLORENCE, Wis. - A Norway woman has been charged with felony battery after she allegedly bit another woman during a March 5 bar fight in Aurora, Wis.
Alicia Jean Trottier, 23, faces one felony count of substantial battery, one misdemeanor count of battery, and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
If convicted, she could spend up to three and half years in prison.
Trottier is scheduled for a preliminary examination in Florence County Court on May 7.
According to the criminal complaint in the case, Trottier is accused of entering the Who's Next bar and picking a fight with one of her friends.
Another woman attempted to break up the fight, but Trottier allegedly pulled the woman's hair and began biting her in the face and chest area.
The woman went to Dickinson County Memorial Hospital for treatment of a bite to her right cheek and scratch marks.
