Suspect arrested in Caspian B & E

CRYSTAL FALLS - An Iron River man has been arrested in connection to a March 25 breaking and entering incident at the Northland Marathon gas station in Caspian.

Kyle Bodin Remer, 23, was taken into custody on Monday for felony charges of breaking and entering and larceny in a building.

If convicted on both counts, he could spend up to 14 years in prison.

Remer's bond was set at $2,500.

Deputies from the Iron County Sheriff's Department said that they responded to a burglar alarm at the gas station during the early morning hours of March 25. They discovered that the main entrance door had been broken, and cigarettes and alcohol had been stolen.
