KINGSFORD - Hosting a full weekend of American Legion baseball, The Kingsford Blues concluded with a pair of wins Sunday, defeating Kewaunee (Luxemburg, Wis.) 7-3 and Hancock 4-3.
Kewaunee swept the Blues 11-1 (five innings) and 13-8 on Saturday.
Aidan Wienke collected the win in Sunday's victory over Kewaunee, taking a no-hitter into the fifth inning.

"He pitched a great game and is getting stronger," Blues manager Kevin Murdock said. "It was nice that he finished the game."
Kingsford led 6-0 in the contest before Luxemburg plated three in the sixth.
Austin Murdock was the winner against Hanock. He allowed four hits.
"He pitched a gem," Murdock noted. "It was a good weekend of baseball. We found out a little more about ourselves and will continue to get better."
C.J. Qualley led of Saturday's first game with a home run.
Kingsford (7-8) returns to action Thursday, hosting Mid County.
