Dr. Mykle A. Jacobs, son of Twin City graduates Mykle C. and Candy (Simone) Jacobs, played in a baseball game that will make the Guiness Book of World Records.

Two St. Louis baseball teams held a fund-raiser for the tornado victims of Joplin, Missouri. They wanted to break the record for the longest game and did just that by playing 62 hours - 12 more than the past mark.

The baseball marathon lasted from Friday morning to Sunday night, and raised $80,000.
