ESCANABA - Upper Peninsula International Raceway season concluded with the fourth annual UPIR Fall Classic.
The non-points event spanned two days, with the normal full card of races Friday night, and mechanic and powder puff races Saturday afternoon.
Along with a 50-50 drawing, tickets donated by the Island Resort and Casino for the upcoming Phil Vassar and Hinder concerts were also given away.
UPIR racer Matt Valiquette of DePere, Wis., surprised his family with a new wrap on the car to honor a cousin recently diagnosed with cancer.
