NIAGARA, Wis. - Beautiful and memorable City of Niagara Centennial Souvenirs are now on sale for gift giving, for their usefulness, and as keepsakes of this historic anniversary celebration that will be taking place this coming year from June 25-29.
Included in the souvenirs now available are full-color ornaments, full-color porcelain plates with 23-carat gold edging, shot glasses, beer tankards, coffee mugs, golf or baseball caps, full-color mouse pads, and expected soon after Christmas are gorgeous Bavarian style ceramic beer steins.
The Niagara Centennial souvenirs are being sold now at four locations, including Forward Financial Credit Unions in Niagara and Iron Mountain, the First National Bank of Niagara in Niagara, and the Niagara City Hall.
The Niagara Centennial Celebration will feature numerous national, regional, and local recording and music artists on a main stage and a second music stage, plus a giant carnival midway with rides and games, a large centennial parade, fireworks, food and beverages, a children's area, a time capsule, centennial souvenirs, arts and crafts area, an all-classes' high school reunion, and more. Already announced as entertainment are the Kentucky HeadHunters for Friday, June 27, Hotel California A Salute to the Eagles, and the Ultimate Legends featuring the music of Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison, Neil Diamond, and the Blues Brothers.
