UPSET makes arrests in Iron County

CRYSTAL FALLS - Detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) have made a series of drug-related arrests in Iron County over the past few weeks.

Arrested in separate investigations were 29-year-old Elizabeth Clements, who faces a charge of delivery of an imitation controlled substance; 29-year-old Jacob Henning, who faces a charge of delivery of a schedule 2 controlled substance; 37-year-old Tammy Leopard, who faces a charge of delivery of a schedule 4 controlled substance; and 29-year-old Chad Fesnick, who faces a charge of delivery of heroin.

All were arrested between Dec. 28 and Jan. 14. Their cases are now moving through Iron County Trial Court.
