As a student currently enrolled at a university, I certainly believe the current load of homework being assigned to students is too light. I remember my senior year (2006) and not having homework 75% of the time. Now at college, I have homework 75% of nights after school. Schools need to remind students that education does not end at the end of a school day - it continues beyond school, just as it does in college.

This is a great question. The amount of homework should INCREASE as the students approach college age. Once in college, the student should be prepared for the fact that instructors don't care what your homework load is from any other class. JUST BE READY TO DEAL WITH IT.
