Freshman Football: Flivvs rally past Menasha

KINGSFORD — Kingsford came from behind in the second half to beat Menasha 34-29 in freshmen football at Flivver Field.

The Flivvers rushed for 353 yards, with Danny Weber leading the way with 101 and a touchdown. Kingsford also had scoring runs from Toby Wilcox, 95 rushing in the game; and Trent Watkins, 65.

Michael Meneguzzo covered 59 yards on a touchdown run and Nathan Bousley went 33 yards for a score.

“The offensive line did a great job in the second half,” said Kingsford Coach Jim Myllyla.

The Flivvers visit Marquette tonight.
