Lake Shore Live Music Festival Saturday in Escanaba
ESCANABA — The Lake Shore Live Music Festival is set for Saturday at the Karas Bandshell. The band lineup includes (all times approximate):
— The Blue Auroras (surf rock), 1 to 1:45 p.m. Eastern time;
— The Jimmy Almen Trio (blues and jazz), 2:15 to 3:15 p.m.;
— Sit Down Francis (classic and alternative rock), 3:45 to 5:15 p.m.;
— The Jam Band (country and classic rock), 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.;
— Driver (’80s and ’90s pop and rock), 8 to 10:30 p.m.
This is a free event. Those attending can bring a chair or blanket and a cooler full of their favorite beverages. Food vendors will be on site.

Island Resort and Casino, Harris — Friday and Saturday, 141 North, 8:30 p.m. Eastern time.

Wild Horse Saloon, Iron Mountain — Saturday, Morning Star Karaoke, (variety music), starting at 9 p.m.
Everyday, rock/country music videos jukebox, played on six big-screen TVs.
Lakeside Bar, Grill & Lodging, Athelstane, Wis. — Saturday, comedy night starting at 8 p.m. featuring Kevin Cahak and Mike Marvell. Tickets $15 in advance, $20 at the door.
