FLORENCE, Wis. — The Northwoods Geology Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, at the Florence Natural Resource Center in the lower level.

This month’s presentation will be given by Rob Grabarczyk and Charlie Richardson, both members of the Copper Country Rock and Mineral Club. They will talk about their field trip experience to Canada — visiting various old silver mines in the Gowganda area. There will also be specimens for club members to examine and enjoy.

Coffee and snacks will be served and door prizes will be drawn at the close of the meeting.

All ages are welcome to attend.
