Events planned at the Niagara Library

NIAGARA, Wis. — Children, teens, and adults are invited to participate in the Summer Reading Club that continues through Aug. 30 at the Niagara Public Library, by reading all summer long, completing activity sheets and exploring with Take-and-Make bags filled with STEM activities.

Stop in at the library to register and learn how to earn chances to win prizes at the end of the summer.

The Summer Reading Club and all the activities are free and open to the public. Contact the Niagara Public Library at 715-251-3236.

The library will host three events for children. The “Shoot for the Moon” program will be 1 p.m. June 24. They will read stories and have a few fun stations where kids can experiment. Dennis “Dino” Tlachac from Nature’s Niche will bring live animals and talk about the rainforest at 2 p.m. July 23. At 3 p.m. Aug. 13, Mariel Carter will bring a Lego Challenge to build and create.
