ESCANABA — The Bay de Noc Gardening Conference scheduled for April 18 at Bay College has been cancelled.

This is because Bay College is closed to public meetings due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Anticipating there might be an issue, all registration payments have not been deposited. If a participant paid with a postal money order, it will be returned. If the participant paid by check, the check will be will be destroyed.

The garden conference planning committee regrets cancelling this popular event. Next year’s conference is tentatively planned for Saturday, April 24, 2021.
