Virtual caregiver support group
MARQUETTE — The Upper Peninsula Commission for Area Progress is offering a new virtual support group for caregivers from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern time on the second Tuesday of each month.
Support groups can provide a safe place to share feelings, get social support, learn from others, discuss caregiving skills, learn about local resources and talk confidentially with other caregivers.
