The Iron County Medical Care Facility Ladies Auxiliary is selling $1 raffle tickets for several prizes, including this gift basket.

CRYSTAL FALLS — The Iron County Medical Care Facility Ladies Auxiliary is selling raffle tickets as a holiday fundraiser.

Items include two quilts made by Linda Plamann and Maxine Hookenson, a $100 gift certificate to the Twisted Twig in Crystal Falls and a holiday gift basket.

Tickets will be drawn at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, via a Facebook live video.

Due to covid, the auxiliary has not been able to have two of its annual fundraising events — the Fall Harvest Bazaar and the Flea Market. All money earned goes toward purchasing birthday gifts for each resident at the Iron County Medical Care Facility on their special day.

Tickets are $1 and can be can be purchased at the Twisted Twig, through the Iron County Medical Care Facility Diversional Therapy Department, or from any auxiliary member.
