ESCANABA — A new Bay College Dental Conference will take place from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern time Friday, May 17, at the M-TEC building of Bay College in Escanaba.

The conference, submitted to the Michigan Board of Dentistry for seven continuing education hours, will feature two speakers: Dr. Sam Halabo, who has a private practice in San Diego, is an adjunct faculty member at the University of California in San Diego and an editor for Inside Dentistry magazine; and Dr. Arthur Tomaro, who practices in Las Vegas after 26 years in Grand Rapids.

Registration fees are $109 for dental staff members, $129 for dentists, $99 for Cloverland District Dental Society dentists. Space is limited. Deadline to register is Monday, May 13.
