Reproductive health services offered

FLORENCE, Wis. –Florence County Health Department is piloting a new program offering reproductive health services at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Services will include: resources on healthy relationships; sexually transmitted infection testing; immunizations; birth control; pregnancy testing; condoms; and referral services.

The reproductive health clinic will take place monthly through August . The clinic date for June will be 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hillcrest/NWTC building in Aurora, Wis.

Call the Health Department at 715-528-4837 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are allowed if appointment times are available.

Reproductive health services are available to all Wisconsin residents ages 14 to 45. No insurance is needed to receive these services.

Information on a sliding scale fee also is available at the clinic.

Those who are unsure whether they qualify can stop by and see the nurse or call the health department at 715-528-4837.
