IRON MOUNTAIN — Ryan Gordon, broker/owner of Stephens Real Estate, closed 126 properties totaling more than $18 million in 2019, shattering previous area highs.

Gordon’s record year placed him second among 350 Realtors in the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, and he led the way locally for the second year in a row in volume and units sold for the first time.

“The real estate world is highly competitive,” Gordon pointed out, “so staying in tune with the wants and needs of buyers and sellers is critical. It is a huge advantage to be able to brainstorm with our experienced office staff, our other brokers (Sally Blom, Maddy Tousignant, and Betsy Sawicky), and the rest of our sales force.”

He added, “I am well aware of the many choices people have when it comes to working with a Realtor, and am grateful for my loyal clients have trusted me to take care of their real estate needs while helping me achieve and exceed my goals.”

Active in real estate since 2013, Gordon became owner of Stephens Real Estate in February 2019. A graduate of Ferris State University, he is licensed as a broker in both Michigan and Wisconsin, an official for NCAA ice hockey and has the professional designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute, or GRA. He also serves as an NCAA ice hockey official. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Iron Mountain with their son, Larkin, and daughter, Wynn.
