KINGSFORD — The Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce recently added ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation to its more than 400 member businesses.

ProMedica — formerly Manorcare Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center — recently celebrated their change to ProMedica with a ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the chamber.

Known as innovators and an organization of integrity, ProMedica is leading the way to change how health and wellness is delivered across the nation. They want to take care of our community not only within their walls but by working with others to create a stronger, cohesive approach in providing care at the right place, right time and right cost while addressing the social and health factors that affect everyday life.

They are now part of a not-for profit health system with resources that cover nearly every aspect of health care, including acute care, physician services and a health plan.

As ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, they remain committed to increasing and improving their capabilities to better serve their patients’ changing health care needs.
