IRON MOUNTAIN –The Man Cave recently joined the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce.

Opened in June, The Man Cave seeks to educate men on self-care by providing them with a grooming experience to be embraced rather than avoided. The team believes there’s nothing wimpy about looking and feeling good.

Man Cave owner Tonia Curry decided it was time to step up and change the game in Iron Mountain. Growing up in the industry, Curry eventually landed a dream job at Paul Mitchell, where she gained knowledge and skill over the course of seven years. After that great experience, she decided it was time to dream again and a few years later developed The Man Cave, a hair and beard parlor tailored to the needs of men.

Curry now leads a group of talented women providing high-end hair and beard services to the Upper Peninsula. These women bring both passion and joy to their craft, creating an experience for clients.

The Man Cave is at 323 S. Stephenson Ave. in downtown Iron Mountain. Hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. The Man Cave is closed Sundays and Mondays. The business can be reached at 906-828-7008.
