IRON MOUNTAIN – Northern Michigan Bank has signed on as a platinum sponsor of the Casino Royale at the Ritz event Saturday at Pine Grove Country Club, according to an announcement by Lynda Zanon, chamber director.

The bank has been a continuous sponsor of the event since its inception, and believes the Bay College scholarships generated, are an excellent use of the proceeds. Bay College has proven to be a positive asset in the community, and Northern Michigan Bank & Trust is proud to support its students with their educational goals,” noted Regional President Jon Pryor.

Tickets for this gala event are available at the Chamber for $80 per person or $150 per couple. Your purchase of a ticket also includes $100 in gaming chips and enters you into a chance to win the Grand Prize: a stainless steel, self-cleaning oven (or gift certificate of same value) donated by Appliance & Furniture Mart.

During the evening, there will also be a sit-down dinner, music, jewelry drawing, gun drawing, a chance to win $3,000 cash as well as an array of gift certificates and items donated by local businesses.

Support of Casino Royale at the Ritz assists in economic growth in the community as well as aids in sending six students to Bay West College through scholarships.

This will be the ninth year where a total of 58 scholarships have been awarded to area traditional and non-traditional college students.
