Lake Superior State University student Patti Goudreau, right, of Norway, accepts the Lukenda School of Business Outstanding Transfer Student Award from business professor Dr. Linda Schmitigal-Snyder, left, during an annual recognition dinner held in Sault Ste. Marie. The award, given out to a top graduating senior who transferred into LSSU’s business program, is based upon a professor poll and best overall grade point average of all bachelor-degree graduates. Goudreau completes a business administration-management baccalaureate through LSSU’s Bay College Iron Mountain Regional Center with an accumulated GPA of 3.93. More than half of her coursework was through LSSU/Bay’s interactive classroom facilities or online.
