IRON RIVER – Sharon Polich has joined the team of associates at RE/MAX North Country. She is well-known to the area as a top producing real estate agent.

First licensed in 2002 in both Michigan and Wisconsin as an agent, Polich has since received additional education and designations. In 2004, she achieved her Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation (ABR). Then in 2007, she was certified as a Residential Specialist (CRS) which is recognized as a symbol of excellence in residential sales. She also obtained her broker’s license for Michigan and Wisconsin in December 2007.

Since then, Polich has attended numerous seminars to continue her education and implementation of marketing properties and keeping abreast of any changes in the real estate industry. She has a vast knowledge of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northern Wisconsin.

Polich is a resident of Iron River. Her interests include hunting, boating, and antiques and she belongs to various local organizations with a vested commitment to community. A member of Ducks Unlimited and the Safari Club International, she is very interested in wildlife and natural resources.

Although Polich’s specialty is in residential, recreational, and waterfront properties, she is now on duty with RE/MAX North Country meet all the real estate needs of clients.

As a full-time member of the RE/MAX North Country team, Polich joins Danelle Dove, Ken West, Jack Schultz, Flora Dawe and Mick Leonard.
