ESCANABA – A course in Labor Law (MGMT 451) will be in Escanaba on the campus of Bay College beginning Aug. 31.

This course will analyze labor laws pertaining to union-management relations; emphasis on the private sector as well as on laws relating to heath care institutions; legal aspects of relationships between unions and their members; federal wage and hour laws, including administration of the statutes and their relationships; applicable remedies for violations of federal labor laws.

This course will meet Tuesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. until Dec. 18. This course applies towards earning a bachelor of science in business administration management from LSSU offered on Bay College’s campus at the Escanaba Regional Center.
