IRON MOUNTAIN –The Dickinson Area Economic Development Alliance will host the annual Loyal 2 Local presentation Wednesday, with two sessions available this year.

The two hour-long sessions are intended to provide those wanting to attend options that fit their schedules. The first will be 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., the second noon to 1 p.m. Both will be in room 231 at Bay College West, 2801 U.S. 2 in Iron Mountain.

The Loyal 2 Local program is designed to create awareness of the positive effect that small businesses make on the community and how community support of these businesses is essential for success.

Each presentation will provide an overview of the Loyal 2 Local program, how businesses can participate, testimonials from business owners, a preview of the new Loyal 2 Local website, networking, prizes and refreshments.

Current Loyal 2 Local participants and any businesses or individuals interested in learning more about the program are welcome to attend. There is no fee, but attendees are asked to register by emailing loyaltolocal@daeda.org or calling 906-360-4653.

Coffee and pastries will be offered at the morning session and lunch will be provided at the noon session.
