K-9 donation

Florence County Sheriff Dan Miller accepts a donation for the department’s K-9 from Elaine Moore in honor of her late husband, Donald. Donald was a dog lover and the first director at Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare Systems. The Moores were county residents for 30 years.
