Shelter plans booth at Bake and Craft Show

QUINNESEC — The Almost Home Animal Shelter will have a booth at the Bake and Craft Show at the Midtown Mall today and tomorrow.

“We will be selling a wide variety of baked goods prepared by our volunteers,” Fundraising Chairman Nancy Schaub said. “We will also be selling pet related crafts and treats as well as raffle tickets to be drawn at our upcoming ValenTails Fundraiser set for Feb. 22, 2020.”

“We would also like to remind the public that we continue to accept Super One and Econo sales slips and donations of returnable cans and bottles. The shelter makes money on both so we urge you not to toss them out but turn them in to the shelter.”

Anyone interested in fundraising for the shelter can attend the regular fundraising meeting at 6 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month in the upper level of the shelter.
