CRYSTAL FALLS — The Forest Park Achievement Hall of Fame is officially accepting nominations for its Class of 2021.

This will be its second annual class. Chosen for the inaugural group last year were Rudy Enstrom, Mark Oliverius, Chester Pintarelli, and Stu Smith.

For the coming year, the nomination form has been modified to emphasize the exact information sought with each nomination.

The forms can be found on the school’s website at fptrojans.org. All applications are due by May 1.
