KINGSFORD — TRICO Opportunities, Inc. accepts recycling at its facility at 610 N. Hooper St. in Kingsford.

Part of TRICO’s mission is to employ persons with disabilities that otherwise would not be able to maintain employment within the community independently. The recycling department offers their workforce valuable training skills while providing a service to the community.

TRICO recycles cardboard, newsprint, magazines, junk mail, office paper, and both hard and soft covered books. Materials can be dropped off free of charge.

A document destruction service is also available for confidential materials. The recycling department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.to 2:30 p.m. For more information on this program, or any other services TRICO offers, call 906- 774-5718.
