IRON MOUNTAIN — RiZE has challenged area business owners to purchase 2021 commemorative ski buttons for their employees to support the Kiwanis Ski Club fundraising efforts to pay for the renovated Pine Mountain ski jump.

RiZE will match the total amount of money generated by businesses up to $20,000. In return, each business supporting the efforts with at least a $200 donation will be recognized in The Daily News, noted on a special page in the 2022 Pine Mountain Continental Cup event program, be listed on the Kiwanis Ski Club website and their company qualifies for a prize drawing at the end of the fundraiser.

The button also entitles the holder to a free tour of the new tower next summer during regularly scheduled tour hours.

RiZE officials said they hope all businesses participate to support this iconic Dickinson County event and attraction. Fundraising will extend through Dec. 31.

The Kiwanis Ski Club reminds participating businesses that these are commemorative buttons from 2021, not admission buttons for the 2022 event.
