IRON MOUNTAIN — The Kiwanis Ski Club will offer tours of the new ski jump over the Labor Day weekend.

In addition, the wood souvenir shop in the Springer Haus will be open for those looking to have a piece of history. Tour hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

A donation of $10 per adult is requested and will go toward paying off the debt of the new tower.

Also, the Kiwanis Ski Club will host a community workbee at the ski jump complex on Sunday, Sept. 18, starting at 9 a.m.

All volunteers of high school age and older are welcome to participate and more details will be announced.
