IRON MOUNTAIN — Hazel Elizabeth Yourzak, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Monsignor James Kaczmarek will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be in the Felch Cemetery.
The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home with the funeral arrangements.
