IRON MOUNTAIN — Lynne M. Flanick, 74, of Kingsford, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018, at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay, Wis.

She was born July 9, 1943, in Redford, Mich., daughter of the late George and Katherine (Bates) Bouse. Lynne was a graduate of Redford High School. She attended Bay College, becoming an LPN, and later graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University, where she received her RN degree. Lynne worked for many years as a Registered Nurse for Dickinson Hospital until her retirement.

She enjoyed bingo, traveling and cruises, movies, reading and spending time on her computer. Lynne enjoyed collecting trinkets from other countries and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Thomas Jay Flanick of St. Louis; two daughters, Heather Flanick of Kingsford and Dawn Houston of Haltom City, Texas; one brother, Jordan (Teena) Bouse of Bronson, Mich.; one sister, Laura (Doug) Everline of Coldwater, Mich.; grandchildren, Chris Flanick, Thomas Rzanaca, Mitchell Duquesnel, Nikki Houston, Dylan Flanick, Jacob Maybra and Austin Flanick; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lynne was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Ann Flanick, in 2008; one sister, Georgia Bouse; and by a grandson, Brian Hampton in 2009.

Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Monday, March 26 at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. Services will follow at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Fr. Raymond Valerio will officiate.
