Mary Ann Gribble

Mary was born June 7, 1962, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late William and Genevieve Maracini. She was a resident of this area for most of her life and was a 1980 graduate of Iron Mountain High School. Mary was a caregiver at Maryhill Manor and most recently for Arms of Angels.

She is survived by her sons, Bill (Teresa) Gribble of Grand Ledge, Mich., and Andrew Gribble of Quinnesec; her brother, Joseph Maracini of Iron Mountain; a half sister, Sandra Sherman of Coldwater, Mich.; three grandchildren, Austin, Iris and Brice Gribble; and by several nieces and nephews.

Mary loved helping and taking care of people. She enjoyed camping, walking and drinking coffee. She took pleasure in spending summer days at the campground, visiting and having conversations with friends and family. She touched many lives with her genuine, loving and caring personality. Mary will be greatly missed by friends and family.

Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, May 3 at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain.

Celebration of life services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Rev. Michael March will officiate.

Burial will be in Iron Mountain Cemetery Park.
