Patricia "Pat" McGregor
CRYSTAL FALLS — Patricia “Pat” McGregor, 75, of Crystal Falls, passed away Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, at Marquette General Hospital, surrounded by her family. Pat was born and raised in Milwaukee, where she met and married Jim McGregor of Crystal Falls. Together they raised their four children.
Pat was a longtime resident of Crystal Falls and was very active in the community. She worked at McGregor Chevrolet, George Young Recreational Complex, and Jubilee Foods. She was an avid golfer and bowler.
Pat was preceded in death by one son, James; her parents, John and Dorothy Grimm; one sister, Roxanne Veser; and two brothers-in-law, Wesley Bates and Richard Veser.
She is survived by her two sons, Bryan (Linda) McGregor and Scott McGregor, both of Crystal Falls; one daughter, Jennifer (Mike) Ziegenhorn of Elmhurst, Ill.; two sisters, Jan Bates of Appleton, Wis., and Bernice (Dave) Grisar of Adell, Wis.; one brother, Daryl (Cathy) Grimm of Fredonia, Wis.; a special friend, Gene Fredrickson of Crystal Falls; six grandchildren, Cassandra, Cody, Joseph, Ethan, Hollyann and Cadence; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec, 8, 2018, at United Lutheran Church in Crystal Falls. Funeral services will follow at noon Saturday at the church.
Rev. Micheal Laakko will officiate.
Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Crystal Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the United Lutheran Church of Crystal Falls.
