Jeffrey Scott Kososki

NIAGARA, Wis. — Jeffrey Scott Kososki, 63, of Niagara, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019, at Dickinson County Health Care System.

Jeff was born on Sept. 1, 1955, to the late Joseph and Alice (Polivka) Kososki.

On Sept. 18, 2005, Jeff married the former Rita Aderman at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Niagara. Jeff worked for the Niagara Grocery Store for many years.

Jeff was very active in the Special Olympics, where he enjoyed playing basketball and walking. He further enjoyed golfing, bowling and teaching young kids the game of basketball.

Jeff was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, where he served as an usher. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his wife, Rita of Niagara; brother, Joe (Rosemary) Kososki of Daggett; sister, Amy (Kevin) Wiedeman of Rhinelander, Wis.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his stepfather, Raymond Mastie.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Monday, July 22 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Niagara.

Father Michael Lightner will be officiating.

Burial will follow in the Niagara Cemetery.

Anderson Diehm Funeral Home, Stephenson, is assisting the family with arrangements.
