Randy Dubey

He was born Feb. 20, 1952, in Iron Mountain, the son of the late Duane and Peggy (Brown) Dubey.

Randy graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 1970 and received his associate degree in forestry from Michigan Tech in 1975.

He married Debra Antinori on Jan. 8, 1972, in Iron Mountain.

He joined Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Union, Local 111 and worked all over the country as a pipefitter, retiring in 2013.

Randy loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting at his camp on Boys Lake.

He loved spending time with his family and friends and always put his family first.

Randy is survived by his wife of 47 years, Debra; daughter, Michelle (Jeff) Muraro of Norway; grandsons, Dante and Adrian Muraro; brother, Dan (Christine) Dubey of Ishpeming; mother-in-law, Alice Antinori of Grand Rapids; brother-in-law, Stephen (Sue) Antinori of Grand Rapids; sisters-in-law, Mar (Dan) Housler of Phoenix and Linda Antinori of Lansing; and by many nieces and nephews.

Family will greet friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 11 at the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.

A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Pastor Irene White of Grace United Methodist Church officiating.
