SHARON A. DELARUELLE

FLORENCE, Wis. — Sharon A. DeLaruelle, 72, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019, at her home.

Sharon was born Sept. 20, 1946, in Green Bay, Wis., daughter of the late Edward and Frances (Raboin) VanCampenhout. She had several jobs over the years, including as a hotel clerk, bartender and home health care worker.

Sharon was a longtime volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul in Florence and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Florence. She enjoyed gardening and knitting. Most of all she loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Tammy Burkart of Florence; her son, Tim DeLaruelle of Green Bay, Wis.; her long-time partner, Ron Van Wychen of Florence; three sisters, Darlene “Putter” (Dale) DeWitt, Mary Jane (Dick) Kidd and Marilyn (Dale) Mommaerts; grandchildren, Sharon, Sheldon, Sadie and Salena Burkart, and Shauna and Elijah DeLaruelle; great-grandchildren, Tristan, Faith, Dylan, Paxtyn and Sunny; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tim DeLaruelle; a son, Todd DeLaruelle; a grandson, Sonny Burkart; two brothers, Eddie and James; and three sisters, Shirley, Barb and Bonnie.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Florence.

A memorial Mass will follow at 11 a.m. at the church. Fr. Timothy Brandt will officiate.
