Terry Larane Paul

Terry was devoted to the church, loved working with the volunteer fire department in the area she lived for many years. She loved reading, her rose plants, and accounting. From the love of accounting, she started her own business. Everyone she worked with loved her and thought of her as a very special person. Her favorite passage was “Footprints in the Sand.”

Terry leaves behind her daughter, Ruby Paul; two sisters, Dottie (Perry) Leanna and Sarah Getchell (Steve); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Terry was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Paul; her parents, Robert and Lois Getchell; and a brother, Rory Getchell.

A graveside service was held at Evergreen Union Church in Minden, La., Monday, July 5, with family and friends where she is now at peace.

In lieu of flowers and cards, a request was placed for donations to be sent in her name to the Adult and Teen Challenge of Louisiana: louisianateenchallenge.com.

God has taken another angel into his arms. Terry will be missed so much by her family and friends.

She had brought so much to everyone she knows with her special sas style.
