Donna Winters

She was born on Sept. 14, 1942, in Norway, the daughter of the late Frederick and Winifred (Hosking) Rozine.

Donna graduated from Norway High School in 1961 and moved to St. Paul, Minn., where she stayed until her daughter was born and moved back to Norway in 1968.

She worked at Freeman’s Nursing Home as a nurse’s aide for over 40 years, retiring in 2008.

Donna was an avid sports fan, watching the Packers and Vikings, she enjoyed going to the casino with her daughter on bus trips and spending time with family and friends.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Michelle Winters of Norway; brother, Edward (Rita) Rozine of Vulcan; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will greet friends on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Barbara Catholic Church in Vulcan.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the church with Fr. Timothy Ekaitis officiating.

Interment will follow at the Norway Township Cemetery.
