Bouquet: A big holiday thank you to teacher Denise Eichinger and her awesomely talented art students in the School District of Niagara in Niagara, Wis. They made 100 Christmas cards for area veterans in our local assisted living facilities, nursing homes and the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center. Holidays for Heroes is a program from the American Red Cross to reach out to our local veterans during the holidays. Unfortunately, this year our volunteers will not be able to hand-deliver these beautiful cards. However, we have been assured that those caretakers who look after them will make sure their cards are delivered. Thank you to our student artists and to our noble veterans.
