St. Mary cancels salad luncheon

The good ladies of St. Mary Catholic Church in Norway announce with regrets the annual Garden Salad Luncheon will be cancelled this year because of a sewer back-up in the kitchen due to construction.
The rectory has also suffered some damage.
Relocating this time-consuming work would be almost impossible. However, the community that looks forward to this fundraiser will be happy to know this event will take place in 2018.
The good news is insurance will cover most of the cost. Prayers.
