A court date in the matter has not yet been scheduled.

The charges against Christ stem from an Oct. 5 incident in Middle Inlet.

According to Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve, a GMC pickup truck operated by Christ pulled onto U.S. 141 and was traveling north when it struck a south bound Chevrolet Impala.

One of the passengers in the Impala, 13-year-old Christopher Croley of Ishpeming, was killed.

The other three occupants of the Impala included Croley's mother, 44-year-old Jodi Betts Croley, and his sisters, 17-year-old Taylor Croley and 16-year-old Gabrielle Croley.

They were all transported to a Green Bay, Wis. hospital with serious injuries.

Christ, the only occupant of the pickup truck, was uninjured.
