IRON MOUNTAIN - A jury trial has been set for an Iron Mountain man facing a sex registry violation charge in Outagamie County.

Outagamie County Court has set a pre-trial conference on March 8 at 9:30 a.m. and a jury trial on March 27 at 8:30 a.m. for Robert J. Krupinski, 66.

No court dates have been set for felony manufacture/delivery of THC less than 200 grams and misdemeanor possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia and a bail jumping charge.

Krupinski was arrested at the end of October after Iron Mountain Police received information that he was wanted for bail jumping in reference to a "dangerous drugs" warrant.

Police later learned he moved to Iron Mountain and failed to register as a sex offender.

It was also learned that he was residing within 1,000 feet of a school property, which is a violation of sex offender registration regulations.

Krupinski is charged in Wisconsin as he was arrested on a warrant by authorities from Appleton, Wis.

Krupinski is being represented by attorney Robert Welygan of Peshtigo.
