IRON MOUNTAIN -- A final step -- approval of an agreement with the Iron Mountain City Council -- will set plans in motion for the development of a condominium project on Millie Hill.

At Monday's meeting, the council OK'd a water and sewer utility connection agreement with the Millie Hill Condominium Association. This is a project that developers, B.J. and Joe LaFave, have been pursuing for the past 15 years. With many bumps in the road over the years, the development switched from a platted subdivision to a condo association project.

The current plat for the condominium project includes 103 units or parcels of land in the city of Iron Mountain adding to the city's tax base.
