Emily Popp, daughter of Laura and Iron Mountain grad Billy Joe Popp, leads the Division 1 Holy Cross women's volleyball team in digs with a 4.45 per set mark. The freshman also ranks 84th nationally in digs per set.

Emily's Clarkston (Mich.) High School volleyball team posted two unbeaten league seasons. Her dad (Billy Joe, back then) was a premier IM running back.
