Boys basketball: Crivitz rolls past Niagara
CRIVITZ, Wis. — Crivitz made easy work of a Niagara squad depleted by illness, posting a 76-30 M&O Conference win Friday.
“Crivitz is playing some really good basketball right now,” said Niagara coach Jim Hoogland. “They do everything very well.”
Casey Antonissen and Austin Hagerty led Niagara with seven points each.
Crivitz, the conference leader with an 12-1 record, got 20 points from Shane Bauer and 18 from Travis Giese.
The Badgers played without starter Alex Hagerty. A couple of others were ailing.
Niagara (6-12, 2-11) will travel to Phelps for a non-conference game Tuesday.
Crivitz JV won 44-11.
