NMU swimmer wins nationals
GREENSBORO, N.C. — Sophomore Rachel Helm won a national championship for a second straight year at the NCAA Division II Championships women’s swimming and diving meet.
After winning the 100-yard backstroke title in 2017, Helm took the 200 back championship on Saturday, the fourth and final day of the meet. Helm won the 200 back in 1 minute, 57.20 seconds.
