IRON MOUNTAIN — Kolbe Raiche, who does not swim the 200 backstroke during the Kingsford High School swim season, did just that with the rest of the Northern Lights YMCA swim team recently.

Going to Manitowoc for the Manty Invite, Raiche qualified for the state meet in 200 backstroke. The freshman swims for the Flivvers and NLY teams.

The 11-12 combined team of Delta and Dickinson also qualified for the state meet in 200 free relay with Ava Getzloff, Adriana Getzloff, Ellison Powell and Anna Rouleau. Other participants from the Dickinson Y were Ia Berozshvill, Cadence Franklin, Hailey Johnson, Jerzey Raiche, Marcel Raiche, Allie Schoenborn, Samantha Scott, Sierra Scott, and Sydney Scott.
