IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain-Kingsford football rivalry, this one on a smaller and younger scale, will continue Saturday morning at City Park’s Dean Lefebvre Field.

With the Twin City high school football teams ending their series, the tradition continues at the Central UP Youth Football League youth level when fifth and sixth grade teams along with seventh and eighth meet Saturday.

In the fifth and sixth grade game, Iron Mountain Hall Orthodontics will face Kingsford CCI/Pro Tech Lube at 9 a.m. The seventh and eighth grade game has Iron Mountain Erickson Jewelers meeting Kingsford First National Bank & Trust at approximately 11 a.m.

Parking is available on both the east and west sides of the field and concessions will be available. Fans are asked to bring lawn chairs.

This will be Iron Mountain’s last home youth football game of the 2018 season.
